waving hello and a peaceful good morning to you Dearest Harriet and all!!!

Yesterday, we had a lovely time in the city next to ours with d sis in laws and d bro in laws and very dh - about an 1-1/2 hours from our home. We came home last night while everyone stayed over night but I am glad we came home; even though I miss them.

Dh was so happy! (always good to see)

today's hopes:

family: help me bring all the Christmas boxes upstairs from the crawl space to the 3 season room
paperwork sunday - I have put off balancing my check book for a month. I have all the spending listed but not the correct balance.

creative: work on my turkey shirt - yes silly but I bought a brown long sleeve t-shirt to sew on. (I am not going to let anyone in my family see it until I get into my d sis in laws on Thanksgiving).

Hi!

Dh said he was feeling sick last night. This morning the first thing he said was that he was sick and he has a sore throat. So, thanks for sharing honey. I have a fever. UGH!

That being said, dh is making a cauliflower soup, but not the same recipe that I made last month.

I have a Dyson pet something or other with a retractable cord. I love it. Ex and I had just bought a Dyson rechargeable stick vacuum that he never got around to putting up any where because it needed to hang on a wall and he wasn't going to give up any wall space to a vacuum when he had well over 100 other things hanging on the walls, with most of them being either oil paintings or limited edition prints.

So, supper is soup. All I need to get done today is 2 loads of laundry.
Dishes never stop.
Laundry never stops.
Paper never stops.

Enjoying the shared calendars that make my planning easier. Updating my bullet journal for next week. And looking beyond as well. As you can imagine it is very busy.

There was no coffee hour after church today so we dropped in on a family with a new baby and picked up their donations to the apartment.

Then we set up at the coffee shop and are having a nice long time to eat. Dh has writing to do and I got some uninterrupted planning time.
