Do something that promotes wellness today.

Examples:

Eat fruit
Drink water, hot with lemon if you are feeling achy.
Take a nap
Go for a walk in the fresh air
Wipe down all the germ sharing surfaces
Finish a task that is worrying you

Whatever you choose, get or keep well!

Waving to Kathryn and all who follow, from the place where there is a super blue red moon hiding behind clouds. Dang. Its 400 years until that happens here again.
It makes my childhood memory of watching a lunar eclipse all the more special. Hours spent on a blanket on the lawn, watching its slow progress. I don't think I've been that patient, with no clouds in the way, since.

Tweaked February in bujo today. Named some goals I want to try for.
Practiced a few today.
I must turn off and step away from the computer.
Goodnight.

I was up for the super blue blood moon today and it was super (and blue - second full moon in a month) but not red. It was interesting seeing the partial eclipse we got before the sun came up too much and the moon disappeared.

I'll post any good pictures I got later over in Members Only.

Aside from that, I've done nothing. I'm still warming up. I had the camera on a tripod on the balcony, but just opened the balcony door to take pictures. Even so, I'm still chilled and I stopped taking photos 90 minutes ago (and have tea!)

And I forgot to go outside to look so I'll appreciate the pictures, Kathryn.

Fingers crossed here -thinking I feel a bit better today. Coughed off and on & was up at 1 for del sym. Still coughing some but it's different.

DD put a whole box of magazines out in the recycling tote this morning. Hopefully he won't miss them. Is it possible that after dealing with his Mom's hoarding he'll look differently at his own pack rat tendencies?

All good advice for wellness! Think I can hit most of them.

Hi everyone!!

I just got back from getting my B12 shot, so that's my wellness for today!

I have been up since dh left for work. I did some stitching. When I needed a break from that I vacuumed the living room, the hallway and some of the kitchen. I also damp mopped the back hall with vinegar to combat the salt.

We saw the Blue Moon this morning too. Events like this always make me think about the people of the past and what they would have thought of it. Now we have these events predicted years in advance and we have the scientific explanation of why it is happening.

(((((Donna))))) hope you feel better soon. Do you have a routine in place to know how much water you have drank each day? I discovered the hard way that I have to fill my water bottles each morning in order to be assured how much water I have each day. I am easily sidetracked and forget to drink all my water otherwise.

I almost forget about the salt, Cathy. Know there was a picture from up home last week of goats licking the salt off a police car. :D Saw it on local news from up there but then saw it on TV news down here. Know ds-A has been very busy with snow and ice. It's been their biggest payroll in many years. Of course that's a 2-edged sword. As big as the amount is they have coming in, there's a huge amount going out for overhead. Can't imagine what their sales tax will be come March 20th.

I'm procrastinating here. Need to get my l&&t for the day finished and get at it so I feel I've accomplished something. Best thing for me is to get that timer out and working (for me).

Just noted my throat is starting to close shut.

Time for mega doses of vitamins and to do the one task dh needs me for.
