lucylee, I believe the only health concern she ever shared was the lymph problem discovered while she was in college. The lifelong-recurring swollen lymph node was one of the reasons (along with her mothers death from breast cancer) that she chose the direction of physical therapy and why her masters thesis was on the female body and women retaining strength through the years. She eventually pointed out the swollen node in a video (underarm) and explained that we probably saw it sometimes when she was teaching, and not to be alarmed. Its size would reduce through draining, by doing certain exercise moves that pump the lymph system well.

That's why the importance of a healthy lymph system was part of her development of a certain sequence of movements. In another video, she talked about neck movements in the initial stretch she always did, and how they were good for allowing lymph in the upper body to drain. Did this have anything to do with anything? I have no idea, and of course the family may not choose to discuss, which is fine. Her frequent video example-exerciser, who would be pushing 90 by now, had recently done another video with her.
