We're in bed now. Whimpering still next to us but less than usual. And we know it will end soon.

Museum trip went well. Restaurant went amazingly. He was so good. The waitress forgot to put in his pizza order but he happily ate off our plates until it came. He got a helium balloon at the end.

He doesn't like his fancy folding potty his mom bought for me so I just held him backwards the way his mom does over the public toilets and he was dry for me.

We went grocery shopping and then came home to play trains until bedtime. We skipped bath because he hates it and I saw no reason to upset him more.

Almost quiet now, long breaks between whimpers. I will go to sleep now because one never knows how late he will sleep in the morning. Plus, I'm exhausted!
