I'm trying to decide how much effort I want to put into protecting the plants. They are predicting the temperatures coming close to freezing for the next 3 nights. Just a couple of degrees different than the forecast will be a death sentence to them. Hum.....

I don't think I've ever seen the US Weather service post a warning to churches. I saw this posted for Birmingham, AL...⛪ATTENTION CHURCHES: With severe weather possible on Palm Sunday, pastors need to designate someone to monitor current weather conditions & NOAA weather radio. Know where to go if a warning is issued. Large open rooms such as sanctuaries & auditoriums are NOT safe!
1. Know what you want.
2. Go after it relentlessly.

Eeek — Birmingham, AL???
I have not seen that severe warning here but will definitely stay alert, LadyM! That’s not right in my area but not THAT far either!

My house is quiet!!!
I am sooo glad to have a little time to get my head back together. :)
Tomorrow is another day.

Still alive.

Just had soup and crackers and salad and fresh fruit for my dinner. And glass of milk and then a glass of water.

We've moved the sofa out from the wall for tomorrow. We came home today to a notice saying they'll be here on Monday but we already have a notice saying they'll be here tomorrow. We think that's because we get two fibre optic lines dropped into the apartment. We'll see if they show up tomorrow. In the meantime, behind the sofa and bookcase will get vacuumed so all is not lost.

I have to remember to get up and dressed early in the morning.

Dh is running two errands for me so the least I can do is make sure I handle this properly.

OK, time for my nightly vitamins and then off to bed. I picked up the right magnesium plus stress vitamins so I have extra stuff to help with sleep once the cold is over. I've already upped my melatonin back to 2.5mg. I took my pill while putting on the vaporizor and so am yawning like crazy. Dh said something about early bed since he's out of here really early tomorrow morning.

in multi(SQUIRREL!)ple directions

this.

A lot of Desk Day done here today, through to one deposit made.

Our fledgling choir at church (we start Sun) is struggling to deal with an experienced soloist who has been an on-and-off visitor to our church for half-a-year or so. She joined our new rehearsals for the purpose of singing a completely separate Easter solo piece she chose herself. Very dramatic piece with a video playing behind her and orchestral audio tape. It is so opposite from the choir harmonies that we've planned as special pieces. Anyway, what bugs me is that she still hasn't bothered to make up a binder for herself to hold the music we're all singing, and has "had to" borrow dd20's prepared binder the last two times. Last evening dd and I struggled to manage, sharing mine. Twice I've reminded soloist to get that done. But last evening she was first to leave, again abandoning all the sheet music she would need to be prepared.

I didn't mean to be this late posting this. HRH proposed a late Wmart trip and dd and I went with him. Weary now. But I must admit it's efficient when fewer people are shopping.

I retrieved the symbol LadyM used and copied it into our symbols page. Because she italicized that line, I notice the symbol looks like the wind is blowing.

Oh good grief.
That chair of dmom’s?
The place said something about wishing they had taken a picture.
With ddil’s permission, I just now sent them a picture of dgd with the chair. Told her first name, not last.
Now I’m afraid some pervert will look her up and kidnap her or send her picture to porno sites.
I’m totally insane — ddil puts her picture on FB all the time, tags ds who has LOTS of friends from all over... probably just as likely for perverts to follow Bluegrass as there are chair-caning...
I’m just an idiot.
Tomorrow is another day.

— sheesh — Pride goeth before the fall, right? They were just really good pictures. Sigh. I’ve never before been lucky enough to take such good pictures.

Well — editing to say — I feel a little better now. LOL — this little shop (that I didn’t even know existed a few months ago) has about a tenth as many followers than ds has FB friends.
Tomorrow is another day.
