Tried to go to the plant sale not this weekend eye roll!

We decluttered a wheel burrow it would not hold air in the tires, I h ave a holey one but at lkeast it has silid tire and the wagon.
So glad h. Helped with a dump load when we first found out he was going to have the treatments. Items left like then a big out dated TV. And some things "might need that some day." Nope never did. The items just sat around colleting dust.

Good Morning!

I have completed my AM personal cards, set up a monthly food logging spreadsheet for May, paid tithe, and visited with DH while the house is quiet. 36 SHE cards completed so far.

Walking taco's are on the menu today. Super easy and a favorite meal of DD9's.

This morning is guitar lessons for both kids. After lunch DS12 will go to work for the rest of the day.

Next up -
** daily cards for my bathroom, the extra room, and the garage
** wash DD9 hair

It's May Day!!

Dh and I went to the landfill this morning and there wasn't a line up to get in! Maybe it was too early for some people.

As soon as I finish my toast we are heading to MIL's to install a new battery in her car and to bring SisIL's car back with us. She gave it to dh for scrap.

I have to pick up a stuffed animal my not so dear dog tore apart in the yard.

thinking I have to stay away from dh - It's my problem that I am not happy/actually feeling angry that he is keeping the heavy wheelbarrow as he has awful balance and is not strong. going to work so I can chill out and not super focus on this. (lol for dh's sake)

Back from our little road trip. We had an awesome visit. We went and picked up samosas, so we are having Indian food for supper.

I too failed to wish RR a Happy Birthday yesterday. So: HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a wonderful village friend!

Just been too distracted with everything going on here. (See MO if you want to know). End result of all that is we had 3 sheriffs here this morning for over an hour & a half doing reports. Both dd and I had to file statements. End result is the person will be arrested and jailed for failing to comply with a court order. Have to love that "Ring" doorbell. Speaking of which, thinking of Twins and porch pirate. Now we're trying to talk DS-A into installing it in his house. DS-R is the one who turned dd onto it a few years ago -She pays $100/year for videos, etc. Cheap enough security.

I've spent my time since sheriffs left moving/changing things around on my computer desk. This this new arrangement is going to work so much better for me in the long run.

Now I need to go get my exercising done. DD, Dsonil and I went to breakfast this morning.

DD's in the process of converting/painting a bookcase brought from his Mom's house. She's turning it into a 'coffee bar' along the wall behind their dining room table. Sign over it is going to say: "My cup runneth over". We're buying real pretty new coffee mugs and our insulated ones can go on the shelf below. It's going to look so cute and will get the coffee paraphernalia off the counter. Perfect height. We also have to buy drinking (gallon jugs) water and they can go on the bottom shelf behind a curtain or something. They also have an electric water fountain that can go in the corner. The kitchen is becoming more and more a reality.
