My morning was well-spent. A.m. routine finished before I left the house (later than crossroads of the day 10 a.m., however) and errands successful. Post office, Lowes (which is dead in January with potting soil marked down), bank and groceries. I should get gas but I'm not stopping in forty degrees for it today. I'm just too cold.

Now I need to break, and then get started again somehow. What I'd really like is a nap.

I set the timer to work to TOTH.

dh came with me to do the errands I couldn't get done yesterday.

I got the two"country" breads and Parm/pesto bread from Hewn today - delicious! Now to get them ready for the freezer
picked up mom's sweater and send it to her in Florida
etc. etc.
played with the dogs.

Next put on timer bc I could easily become lazy If I didn't.

time to: change into house cloths: shorts/top/gym shoes
bills are done!

Break time!

I have:
-printed off all the details of the receipts that the social committee sent me last week and entered them into QB, although it just hit me that I need to change to record them as of 12/31
-took a replacement invoice to neighbor who said she didn't receive it (turns out she received it in yesterday's mail and didn't let me know)
-got my mail
-accessed HOA bank account online and printed off the statements I need to reconcile.
-printed QB G/L for cash for last four months to start reconciling
-decided to do the investment account first, since that will mean I record all the transfers into the checking account.

Decent progress.

Still going. I'm seeing a lot of the mistakes I've made along the way. And I haven't been entering the recurring bills that are drafted out of our account, so I don't know offhand which account the expense goes to, leaving me looking a lot of things up. I reconciled the savings/investment account through 22 Dec, and am finishing the first month. Surely it will go faster after this.

Edited to add:

Done with reconciliations. Need to assemble documents for each month with the statement, and need to review G/L for inconsistencies. But now, the dog is calling me....

Home from a successful visit with family doctor. DH received great news from his heart tests. I am thankful.

We stopped at the local grocery store for bread and tea. SOME HOW we ended up at the cashier with a full cart and realized we forgot to get the bread and tea. In our defense we did shop the sales so came home with many good deals that will be used.

We are home for 30 minutes before our next trip out of the house.

Next up -
** Rabbit care
** Sudoku (i play one game a day)
** 10th hourly step goal
1. Know what you want.
2. Go after it relentlessly.

Plants have been watered.

We had penne and meatballs. Dh had Alfredo and I had red sauce. Leftovers will be heated up in the red sauce for supper tomorrow night.

Dishwasher is full and ready to get turned on after 6 p.m.

I got a lot of stuff put away today. It started when dh was asking where the camera was, and I couldn't find it. I did eventually find it right here less than 6 inches away from my left hand under my monitor. LOL!!
