Hi!

Composting, garbage and recycling are all at the end of the driveway and all 3 cats are outside!! I woke up 10 minutes before my alarm.

One of the cats loves yogurt, so I don't eat it unless she is outside. Therefore, I am sitting here enjoying my yogurt.

No idea what is for supper tonight. Dh said he's going to get some meat later as he feels the freezer is too empty.

Thank you for starting us out, Cathy. I saw a meme this morning already that said "Welcome to the first day of Not January." This has indeed felt at least 75 days long.

I only have my workout today. The sun is out and my energy feels pretty good.

Good morning! Cathy and blessed, you both seem like you are off to a good start. A workout is a good way to start, Twins! I am killing time right now. I got DC off to school and swung by my DB's house to drop off some thyroid pills for him. He called yesterday to see if we had any we could spare, as he's been without for several days, and his refill won't arrive for several days more. Oh, the joys of mail-order meds! Fortunately, DD has orders to take hers only 6 days/week, so she had a little surplus. I have no idea how the dosages match up, but DB said it would get him through.

I have a couple of work meetings this morning that are starting soon enough that I don't dare get too involved in anything. The first is a meeting with my friend/boss about what she wants me to do with this project (probably a reminder that I am only copyediting, so I need to turn my gain down). After that will be the regular weekly meeting on the project. After the meetings, I will again need to kill time before picking up DC from school, but depending on how much time I have, I can have lunch or get some wash started.

Mystery my workout is at two, but I had forgotten I had the mentoring meeting this morning. Honestly, this woman has it so together I'm not sure why she wants a mentor, but we talk every two weeks. I got the email that she had joined the meeting right at 11 a.m. when we were supposed to meet, so I signed in and got there in time.

When I walked the dog earlier, a neighbor stopped to let me know that our dneighbor across the street had fallen and broke her arm and had surgery either yesterday or the day before. And another dneighbor's father passed away the other day so I've been planning to take them a meal but haven't had the attention span to decide.

I have completely lost the morning - and how is it noon here already?

fetched rug & towels out of dryer & got froz. veg. out of freezer & brought em upstairs for meals later.

I need to glue the dresser frame I have to do some prep. first on that.

walk at some point it is time on a day when I get up earlier than I did today might be pushing that back a bit rain in the forecast not yet.

It's my writing day paying attn. to that is a fun thing!

The ladies are gone - I still have to do the family room, the laundry room, - they did the main bedroom, bathrooms, and washed all the floors - the floors needed it. I cleaned them 3 days ago but now they are done again.

I ended up watching a learning video.
