Tonight we are having BBQ! Cheeseburgers, asparagus and a sweet potato for dh. I think I will pick up some cold salads at the store.

The bed got saturated again last night, so mattress protectors are both in the wash right now. I just did them on Sunday. I might have to take the duvet to the cleaners. I will give it the sniff test later when I go in to re-make the bed.

I was hoping to see an update from bw2 this a.m. Still praying for her dh.

The only thing firm on the calendar today is my workout at two. Dh is out tonight so no dinner prep. He worked out earlier and has showered and left for work.

DD12 has been delivered to school. She was a chatterbox on the way there.
Trash has been taken to the road.
We might resemble a car lot. DS15 has 4 pickups lined up in our yard next to the road. They are all for sale. One of the 4 vehicles belongs to his friend.

I need more coffee.
Today's out the door trips...
7:30 taking DD12 to school
8:30 to gym.
10:30 take Micro and Tomas to groomer. Short haired Sam doesn't need frequent grooming.
2:00 pick up Micro and Tomas
3:30 pick up DD12 from school
I am 75% certain that I will make a trip to the city to do some errands. I just haven't decided how to fit that in.

Next up -
** Create daily journal page in Onenote
** Set up SHE cards in excel.
** Update daily tracking numbers in excel (steps, calories, weight, protein %, sleep)
** Update meal plan & ready to eat foods on hand in excel
** Update cronometer

I missed the high-minded conversation between buffalo and bison fanny. It gave me a good smile this morning!
I always called the animal a buffalo until I was corrected. Thank you for sharing the information on the name by different Indian communities; interesting!!!
Tomato - tomato - what's in a name - I immediately thought of tomato pronunciation.

“What's in a name? That which we call a rose, by any other word would smell as sweet.” Unless you are a buffalo.

ta dah! Walked two laps with the ddog in a light rain. What happened to that idea of finishing a.m. routine by 10 a.m.? I never remember until it's approaching ten or later. Don't even think about it when it's eight a.m. of course.

I am going down the street to visit dfriend M this afternoon after my workout.

OH! And today is voting day!

Yes, that is my main Ta Da for the early-mid morning - I just voted.

Beautiful day for it and sparsely attended at 10:00 a.m., which is why I like to choose that time. Heard from the first gentleman at the door who got the addresses that a neighbor on our road had just been in. That piqued my curiosity a little. He described him by where he lived in relation to others, and I asked if he had a shaved head. Yes, and wearing a uniform, so ds had evidently already been through the precinct before work. I'll have to tell him I happen to know he did his civic duty today.

helia reminds me I should schedule a zoom as well. Just have been so busy.

I did my morning routine.
I will play with the dogs - even though we had a huge thunder boomer last night with lots of rain and there is mud every where.
I want to exercise
I need to vacuum the laundry room m
clean the one bedroom
then go to the hospital.

CI I was able to sleep through the nite and I slept hard & slept in till past day lite 6:30 that is sleeping in for me.
Got the trash out to the curb 1st thing.
grateful that I mopped yesterday day afternoon & for clean floors.
Also that I got the dressers in my bedroom cleared off to dust!
