I have done the lilac tree pruning today doing rounds.
I have two wheel burrows and a trash can full plus the fire pit and two long branches are on the ground
to be cut up. I used hand saw and axe so got my work out for today.
Happy to have sun shine and 55* temps outside this afternoon.
I did some of this last year glad to have the rest of what I want to do next on it accomplished yea!

Nancy, lilacs bloom on "old wood" and develop their blooms for the next spring in the summer. I hope you have blooms this year! Dh pruned a hydrangea that bloomed on old wood and I didn't get many blooms for a couple of years until it recovered.

I think (hope) I took care of this round of comments on DAR app.

Dh is asleep in his chair. Eggplant has ten minutes in oven to go.

We had mac and cheese from a box because we both love it. I also picked up a bag of bratwurst sausages at Wal Mart this morning. Dh bought a bag of precooked beets last week, so we had some of them tonight as well. I like mine heated in the microwave. Dh prefers his cold. I also cooked the last part of that massive cabbage we bought last week. There was more than enough for 3 meals from it.

One more week until the ultrasound and then who knows when the doctor's office will call us to make the appointment to discuss the results. ~sigh~

Twins there is plenty left for bloom this year!
The stuff I took off are basically big suckers I should have cut off before.

Such a lovely evening, I am waiting for dinner and rested.
So glad I put away the tools when I was done with each round.

Walked the ddoggo a shorter walk to get the rest of my steps.
Put away the dishes.

Thinking of a few things for my list tomorrow.
Time to get out my bujo and start it.
