no they wouldn't take the camping propane tanks. my brother took one and when he comes in again I will ask him if he could take the other one.

dd younger went through "some" of her stuff - it's very hard for her to declutter as she remembers almost everything she owns. She can drop something on the floor and remember exactly where it is... that was me when I was younger ;) I am sure my d mom is smiling about this one.

the good: she got rid of some cloths: donation and toss

I finally decided to make a decision for her - I tossed all of her shoes that she stopped wearing because she wore them to flat pieces or falling apart. 7 pairs gone.

Isn't it interesting when our kids want to be independent, off on their own with their own places, they leave all their sentimental junk with us? I once bundled up a big beautiful wedding gown from a not so happy marriage of one of my kids... and took it with me in a nice big box and gave it back after I'd had it for a while. I gave her the name of someplace who would take it if she wanted. :lol:

I remember keeping my keepsakes at my d mom's for a year after our marriage. lol - I got rid of everything lol.

I dropped off dd youngers cloths that she donated.
I picked up the coat I got dry cleaned (bc it needed it) and donated that as well.
