I reorganized my office desk, moved a small bin on it, which was cluttering it up, and put it on a shelf at the end of my office. I have 4 built-in shelves in my small office, at one end.

I tidied up my end table baskets, put a yarn tote in a place it's out of the way, but within my sight as I walk by, to remind me to not forget about it.

I have to brag on my DH! He is cleaning out the garage and has moved things around, hung up his ladder, etc...The best part is that all the scrap lumber seems to be going into the firepit. How's that for decluttering? I'm so pleased. :)

DH has been moving heavy baskets of office files, books, notebooks, etc... for me, in my small office, from the built-in shelves. I'd noticed how the middle of 2 shelves was sagging, under the weight of 2 too-heavy baskets. I've been decluttering baskets, finding new more sturdy homes for them, and my shelves look so pretty now. It's a lot more liveable now. I'll be able to get my baskets organization under control, too. It makes my writing job and studying for my job, more inviting.

I love truth time as it keeps me honest:

Truth:

Two weeks ago I went to dd youngers school and took all of her extras (sailing stuff, halloween costumes, things that no longer work for her) and today is the first time I went in there and emptied the items. 3 cans of carb. water and 1 can of flavored carb. water popped. :o ;)

Blessed , I'm "confused". Did you say that canned carb water froze, and then the cans popped under pressure? I assumed that's what cans would do, if they froze. Did I read right? Or did they NOT pop, which is amazing, if they did NOT!

I hung up my 2 nightgowns, 1 Muumuu, & 1 cardigan, in our MBR.

I purged 3 magazines, after I read them. I was reading the AARP magazine, the articles were so touching, and I kept fighting back tears, and kept sniffling! I finally asked DH to give me a tissue. The tissues box is on the end table, near him, so he balls them up, sails them through the air to me, and I try my best to catch them. Sometimes they land on my legs or belly!

THEN, I declutter my tissues!
