 I worked for 36 minutes, did cleaning, lifting, hauling, dusting, sweeping, and the bunny room and main office look a LOT better! :P I still have things to sort, purge, and reorganize though, but the DIRT is gone!

 I did the laundry, ALL day, into the night! It's good to have less clutter in the laundry basket! Also, I cleaned my small office again. I have 3 baskets & 1 Rubbermaid file box to sort through and 2 short stacks of items to sort through. It's time to make some important decisions, like:
1- Do I absolutely need this?
2- Can I purge it and live without this?
3- Do I honestly want to write for this market?
4- Why on Earth did I print this up from the Internet?
5- If you've logged this story on the computer, have sent it, it was published- then WHY are you keeping the old first copy of the handwritten version????  :o :!:
6- If this isn't related to anything in your life, why are you keeping it?
7- If you purge this, will it be too awful if it's not here anymore?
8- Can you write this information in a story?
9- Can you mail this to somebody else, to bless them instead?
10- Can you organize this in a better manner?

I also need to get going on the paper stacks, 4 short ones, in the main office, to decide which I'm keeping for the lined long basket.

Peter Walsh's de-clutter for today is dejunking your underthings and sock drawer of items that frankly the garbage is embarrassed to see. He said that we deserve good - very true.

I sorted the mail and purged the junk mail and ads.
I put away groceries, took tags off new things, put them away.
I'm replying to letters, which will go out tomorrow, too.
I put away 2 place mats, got down 4 new (old to us) ones, and redecorated the dining room table.
I de-cluttered the eating bar, too.
DH took the garbage out, in prep for taking it to the curb tomorrow.
Tomorrow, I'll dump waste baskets, about the house, for the garbage can, too.

I didn't make it to sort in the main office or the spare room, but I "looked" at both rooms, making a mental note of what needs to be done.

EDIT: :P I had 1 magenta cotton V-neck cable sweater, 1 red turtleneck pullover sweater, and 1 Costco turtleneck with rayon in it. All 3 suggested washing by hand or machine, on cold, NOT drying in the dryer, so I put the sweaters and turtleneck on towels on the wooden dryer rack. I've had them drying since Sunday night, in the entry hall area, as it connects to the great room. Kitty cat HATES the drying rack there! She stares it down! Like  :x   She's in the garage "mouskin'" now. ;) I felt the sweaters/t-neck, had DH feel, too, and all 3 were dry. I hung them up on those special plastic hangers, meant for sweaters, as they're shaped more curvature at the shoulders. I put the towels in the laundry basket and DH will fold up the wooden rack, to put into the garage again, where we keep it. THEN, our entry will be less cluttered with this drying rack, and Kitty cat will be so HAPPY with her Dmommy = ME again! So clutter is about to go out the door. ;)
