Cleaning out stuff feels uplifting to me. Freeing. - Harmony

How can you free yourself a little more this month, and feel uplifted? :D

Oh my goodness, look at me being quoted! I do feel more in control of my surroundings when I'm not so surrounded with stuff. I just had a thought, wonder if it's my slight claustrophobia, or my ocd tendencies that makes me feel this way. DH thinks I'm nuts cause I watch those tiny house shows with real longing. Not the living in a tiny space, but the having just enough stuff and not boxes of stored things; everything necessary has its spot and there is no more than that. Sounds very appealing to me. Right now I have a bin of stuff to go to thrift shop, I just need to get down there with it.

You're right, Harmony,

I have a growing pile of things to go to the storage truck. This will all be put in a bin or boxes for dh to take to church next spring (if they have a rummage sale). I keep looking at some dishes (that I just had to have years back when I worked at the co-op) and realize that I never, never use them. Now I do have a tiny space so need to clean/clear out all I can. And it is freeing every time I put something in that pile.

I'm also starting to try to copy statements that I want to keep to my computer and get rid of a lot of paper. Know that I'm not taking nearly as much to FL this winter and I just want it GONE.
