Organizing Vacation Photos - Finally!

Postby Denise_Leres » Thu Sep 15, 2016 4:25 pm

:D I had a great summer - did lots from Pennsylvania, to Florida to NYC... and I'm very picture happy! But have such trouble organizing my photos now so they don't get lost in SD card cyberspace...as if that's any better than the crate of random photos I own! So, I just had to share this with everyone - check out an article on adoramapix.com on organizing photos ... imagine putting this as a calendar item! Genius to lock me in like that! Any other tips and tricks out there?http://www.adoramapix.com/blog/2016/09/13/how-to-choose-photos-for-your-own-travel-photo-book/#.V9kcoLUlzGL

Hello, Denise. The article you linked to was interesting. It's nice to be able to schedule a definite time set aside for crafting, etc.

Before I retired from Sam's Club my job was as a photo specialist in the photo lab. I learned a lot while I was there.

I love taking pictures. I haven't printed many pictures since I retired, but I think I really should print at least some of what I have stored on the computer so they are not lost. When I worked I always made two sets of prints. One set I put in photo albums and the other set I kept aside for scrapbooking. All the extra pictures I have I will put into albums for each of our three dsons and their dfamilies.
Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible. --- Francis of Assisi
