I had to take a break my hip was hurting, it is better now some I resumed declawing paper tiger,
had to toss "might need some day" scraps of
paper and cardboard got a trash can of that stuff
out of the zone I have been doing yea!
Sort of feels like
I caught up a bit from last week.
Big sigh of relief.

Even some is progress.

Bw2, painting is done instead of zone work in your mentors plan
like for one mo. Focus on a room painting it.

My phrase for the year is "be yourself" I have to do what works for me it might not
work for someone else.

Blessed, I got a big cup once that had a cute saying on the front. Too big to lift with coffee in it. I put it on my desk and put a folded up papertowel in the bottom and I use it as my pencil cup. It's perfect there. I got 2 other big cups recently and I've been using them for soup!

d nancy- I will do that! I have been so busy decluttering, doing zone work before christmas that I haven't focused on paint work. I will do that - give up the zone work to finish my other work. I had to do that when I did heavy decluttering. thank you.

Yesterday I went through another binder of papers, sorted and threw away half a wire basket of paper. No need to keep that stuff any more. The important stuff will go in permanent storage.

I donated an old iron hanging pot from my fireplace. I have one in the fireplace already and 2 as decoration outside on the hearth.

dd younger hasn't lived her for a year and a half and I have decided to cull through more things in her room which is still filled with boxes.

I have been reading Peter walsh's book on downsizing and he puts things into different categories - for people who don't want to leave everything for their kids to have to deal with things.

1. "Memory clutter" - keeping what is important instead of everything - honouring it.

2. "I might need it one day clutter"

3. " Malignant clutter - takes us to a more negative time. Maybe trauma in our past" (gives us negative thoughts when we think of it)

4. "lazy clutter - things we can't get on top of"

for me I am adding:

Who am I now clutter. Am i keeping things of who I was or what my plans were. *

* this is the hard stuff for me. I had so many plans for my home that I have not done and I have to let that go. I have fabric etc. that was from the past and not now. I have been so busy in the last 30 years that I haven't had time to do stuff .... I over-goaled on dreams for my house instead of acting on them. I had too much stuff, too many things I was busy with (some important - some not). My goal is to move forward to who I am now. (and let go of things I did in place of what I really wanted to do - I made myself busy instead of getting things done that I wanted. it's okay- that's the past). I have to learn to let that go and not look at them as failures.

Actually looking forward to this as it will be a good time for growth.

I boxed up two boot boxes of papers will resume sorting those later.

I am trying to keep on keeping on with the creativity room.
Getting to paint items done or moved to make room for bed or folding chair cot or something.
I have two dressers and two desks in that room. Aswell as a work table and bookcase.
Thinking how to change it up.
Tried something yesterday that did not work.
