Made it!!!! Actually crushed it. The last time I was at this weight was 1.5 years ago. I’m excited cause my hard work is paying off. Taking big breath and now have my eye on my next goal.

Thanksgiving is coming up and I will be gone and traveling for 5 days. I plan to pack my food for traveling and remind myself that even one bite of sugar will send me in a tail spin.

I do not want to sabotage my hard work. Luckily there is a scale in the guest bathroom that will help me keep my eye on my next goal.

Yesterday I had to fudge my eating plan due to circumstances beyond my control, but I managed to get in all my water and 13.5k steps. I was rewarded with a scale victory this morning.

Eyes on my next goal. Want to make it by next Tuesday... it will be close. My old jeans are now falling of, but need to make my new goal before I fit into my old, before jeans comfortably

My gf that I spent time with yesterday has lost 30 lbs and her husband 35 in 6 months by using weight watchers and plans to loose 5 more to give herself some wiggle room for the holidays. I am so happy and proud of her.

Congrats on the scale victory, RR. Great plan to stay away from sugar and refined starches.

Stayed on my plan, but ate several spoonfuls of peanut butter as I was craving something sweet and couldn’t get past it. Got in 72 ozs of water and over 10k steps.

Had chicken salad for lunch and grilled shrimp with asparagus for dinner... yumm.

Did 30 min. Raking & sweeping leaves up mid morning.
Noonish bagged up 6 bags of leaves.
Have 6 more bags apx. To do later on weather permitting...
Did those we also got them loaded in hubby's truck.
Cold snap next week so I will repeat that process tomorrow while it is mild outside.

Wow Nancy that’s a lot of leaves not mention the time it takes to put them into bags. I love fall so always liked being outside and working in my yard.

WTG, RR! On your weight loss, measurements more than anything. You're my heroine! :D

DD joined WW in September and she's probably lost 25# now. I joined once I got down here about 4 weeks ago. Think I've lost 4# in that time. Finding myself more determined all the time. I'm sure one of the biggest accomplishments is doing my hour+ of exercise nearly every day. Think I've missed 2 days in the last 13/14 days. Know I've lost 2.4# in that time. I still have around 30# to lose. My nurse from cardiac rehab called me Monday and I'm even more motivated. I've done a spread sheet and will be sending it to her about every 3 weeks or so and she'll cheer me on. Also don't think my BS has been above 79 any morning in all that time. Can't wait to see what my A1C might be when I go for my next labs in June. Although it might be sooner than that. Debating whether to try to make an appointment with the GP I used to see down here. After January 1, 2020 we should be able to see doctors down here. Pretty sure I'll make an appointment with the cardiologist I've seen here maybe in February or so. I'm doing everything I can to keep from ending up in the hospital again. And if I do all I can do and that still happens, at least I won't be blaming myself.
