Spent the week Monday through Saturday eating as well as I could and striving for as many healthy habits as I could. Had 3 perfect 24-checkmark days, an 18 and two 19s. That's probably the best week I've had since I started tracking in this way, or maybe longer.

Benefits were dropping some water weight that was driving me crazy, looking better in the outfit I had planned for today, and feeling good.

Then today happened, and mistakes were made. I could tell you more, but suffice to say that the buffet at church was mostly a bad idea for me. And that meal seemed to make it easier for me to make some wrong choices during the day as well.

But I'm not looking backward. I'll just get right back into the groove, and make up any "lost ground". This week I'll have to deal with another day away from home all day, in the land of bad choices. HRH has another treatment Wednesday. But I'll try to think it through well, ahead of time.

Three days in a row with all 24 boxes checked in the Daily Dozen! I NEVEAR do that! I'm usually happy with 18 to 20.
