Yes Harriet happier that someone feels better because of what they ate.
I like all the ideas of food choices. It gives food for thought for menu ideas.
OKay you are right it has to be water.
Many times someone that weighs every day will see the increase as calories consumed and become discouraged and quit. That is one of the problems with weighing everyday unless you keep it in perspective like you are doing. Getting weighed weekly you don't see the fluctuations.
I was vehemently opposed to daily weighing until I HAD to weigh everyday. I must weigh everyday to track increases of fluid. Now I don't think weighing everyday is bad as long as kept in perspective.
I still think weekly is best. There is less frustration to see the scales every day.
It is a bump in the road. You are doing to well.
