You guys are doing great!

I know I'm down a wee bit, but I have to wait till they get this cast off to see just where I am. Oh, and I did overeat at DD's wedding dinner. However I made up for it by eating just fruit and cottage cheese and part of an english muffin for breakfast. I was the only one with a plate not loaded up with eggs and sausage.

My coffee consumption is way down and I am happy about that because I am feeling better. I am drinking more water now too.
