Sometimes we spend so much time for others, we forget to do so for ourselves. Last night the cookies in my pantry were calling to me and I thought of you. I actually had an out loud conversation with myself… inside my master bedroom closet I might add…discussing why I would not eat those cookies. I had a migraine during the day and sometimes after one I really crave sweeties

I opted for a hot cup of decaf coffee with cream and some artificial sugar, not stevia which I usually is. Thankfully that did the trick

I did manage to get in 7k steps before my headache hit, but never got close to the amount of water I needed to drink.

Recently I read in a women’s magazine that Turmeric is good for anti-inflammation and helps with energy so I decided to give it a try. Didn’t really think it would do anything but am please to notice I am not as tired during the day… no type of buzz or anything.. I just feel better. Might be my imagination but I am going to keep taking it for a while.
