I love T-Tapp's Step-Away-the-Inches, and just ordered Step-It-to-the-Max. SATI is my favorite workout for easing back into exercising. So true about the waist whittling. Following the form - and as you get stronger - you can feel your waist cinch as you walk - very cool! You even get better posture because of the "lifting ribs/stretching up". Go You!
