I got in all my food and water today. Even carried my snack, an apple, and water with me as I ran my errands. Its a good day so far, and I'm happy with me.

Looks like y'all are doing a well. Happy dance for everyone :D

I've gotten in my exercise and have tracked my eating online. Need to be more vigilant about that. Still have to figure out dinner--not terribly hungry, but I'm sure dh and dd are! I'm stil working on my last liter of water...will probably switch to hot since I'm getting a little chilled holding cold!

Day 4 for me. Down another pound. Stayed on track yesterday. The challenge will be when I return to work tomorrow. Also measured my body and then drew up a chart to view my progress. Will set up a graph to plot daily work. My blank graphs are at work. It really helps to see daily progress as well.

Already have menu worked out for the week. Veggies are chopped, some protein have been cooked. Trying to alternate between chicken, beef, shrimp and fish. I tend to get bored with what I eat and am working hard to mix things up a bit. Gotta remember to eat my fruit.

Already had 40oz. of water this morning. No soda for 3 days...now that is almost a record for me.

IBIM ...I BELIEVE in ME!!!

A bit of Tweaking:

Got a cardio glide and it worked great for a bit of an evening bump in my work outs
last night after dinner. Just 10 min. on it burned like 229 calories, peanuts I was going
to have 150 or 160 cal. oops almost canceled that out eating those so I decided not to
have 'em!

BS [blood sugar] was good this a/m so I did not have to do a pre-breakfast circuit on it.

It's fun on the cardio glide machine this one has the time cal. burned speed on it the on the other
one we had that function did not work.

Monday's Starship H&F Log
~ I'll be editing throughout the day ~

Tada! Amazingly, I didn't gain any weight over the holidays. Maybe the virus at the end kept me from over indulging. I've lost 10 so far - working on another 10.

  • :!: 1 qt. of h2o before having anything else to drink: I forgot this morning, but did it as soon as I remembered.
  • :!: vitamins: sitting on counter
  • :!: exercise: Step Away workout - :30 and a few floor exercises
  • clean eating:
  • no eating after 6: still nada
  • :!: cutting back on coffee: 1 scoop minus 1/2 tsp.

In the Kitchen
Still battling a virus, feeling better. 1 quart of water this morning, followed by a quart of Master Cleanse drink: lemon juice/water/maple syrup/cayenne pepper. I've been thinking that next time I'm sick, I'm going to try and do some fasting and see what that does.
smoothie: celery, bananas, raspberries, water

Dh & Ds24 have been working late a lot. They both want to cut down on heavy meals eating so late, so I'm thinking of doing soups in the crock, so they'll stay hot - and salads.
