Nancy: try www.thedailyplate.com You may need to log in or just go in as a "guest" but you can enter anything in the exercise section and they should have it....
I weighed in 2.5 pounds lighter this week! I've been enjoying reading in my Mediterranean diet cookbook all the different ways to cook veggies and it is helping alot! My minestrone soup had white northern beans for protein and 2T of prosciutto for flavor. And I have lots of veggies left over (raw) that I can fix them up for dinner the next couple nights. I think there's a good recipe for some napa cabbage that's different from how we Americans might traditionally fix it....

This is the page the Daily Plate took me to, Nancy. I think digging is supposed to be more.

Prevention mag says "gardening" is 392 per hour.

wtg, Nancy!

ooooo.... my rear end is sore this morning.

I signed up for a T-Tapp workshop at the end of January. It's 1 1/2 hours away - pretty close for me. Not too often do they get that close to me. I'm looking forward to it.

LOL, the 110 is the good blood sugar (b.s.) Nancy likes to see, Smile! I read your post first though, and believed it might be true myself because Nancy is so consistent at exercise.

There certainly seem to be many of us circling 'round 150.

I want to be circling 'round 140 as the year ends and start staying at the low end of my range.

Have decided to try the probiotics/digestive-enzymes regimen I learned on the net. Smile, your mention was part of my decision to research further. Also bought DGL licorice (this is an herb, definitely, not a candy :P ) which is a soothing chewable, good for the upper digestive tract. We'll see. Harmony, when we find the answer, we sure will be happy, hmm?

Thanks Harriet for clearing that up!

I took a walk today and pushed dgd in the stroller as I did!
Plus tonight I did a 10 min. cardio glide work out after dinner!
These help me quite a bit!
You've gotta love that!

LOL ~ thanks for clearing up number confusion.

Harriet ~ hope the digestion thing works out. Here's a link to a licorice tea by STASH. It's really pretty tasty; has a touch of natural sweetness to it. I don't know that it would be as effective as the chewable, but it might be "effective enough". What is DGL?

Update for me:
As I posted on PWYC, I've been trying to keep up the exercising while still recuperating from Darth Virus, along with a massage this week. Both are pretty detoxifying. I felt pretty good in the morning, but pretty wiped out in the afternoon and evening. Hoping to feel AWESOME this next week. ;)

Fell of the raw/fresh wagon this week trying to keep up with young-gent-son24's Eat Clean program. Gonna work on integrating raw/fresh and Eat Clean together.

I found an awesome steel cut oats crockpot recipe - gonna post it on the Kitchen.
