I`am`still`logging`food`eaten`in`a`notebook`each`night`at`bedtime.
I`log`it`here`when`I'm`off`track`for`accountability.

If`anyone`wanted`I`could`write`up`the`alternatives`suggested`in`regime`I`follow`now
though`thought`to`do`it`in`members`only`....reC*opyrite.~A*irola
There`are`pages`of`it`so`it`would`be`a`work`in`progress`for`a`while.
The`doc`died`in`early`80s`so`there`is`no`website.`lots`of`google`referances`though.
Just begin.

That's fine I'm not having as much p/c time these days.
Not logging my food these days as I've finally learned the carb. counts after 2 + years of doing this.
