Indiana-The`morning`drink`is`a`heated`glass`of`water,with
`1/4`tsp`epsom`salt,`1`tsp`vinegar`and`a`dash`of`apple`and`mango`100%`juice.
Perhaps`the`apple`and`mango`and`vinegar`cancel`each`other`out?
Maybe`the`epsom`salt`and`vinegar`cancel`each`other`out.
If`I`add`1/4`squeezed`lemon`I`miss`the`vinegar.
When`I`finish`this`bottle`of`a&m`juice`I`may`not`replace`it.
I`was`having`too`many`things`separated`by`an`hour`before`I`could`eat`bfst
if`I`did`all`thats`been`suggested.(3`hrs`til`bfst`wasn't`working...
particularly`if`I`worked`in`garden`for`an`hr`as`suggested)
-that`was`not`a`good`day..`My`bg`was`too`low`all`day.
I've`read`allergy`lowers`bg`levels`too`and`was`eating`too`much`salicylates.
Since`I`started`playing`with`these`changes...`trying`to`listen`to`my`body`for
sustained`energy,`eat`more`frequently,`I`am`more`bloated
(that`could`be`the`sometimes`taken`brewers`yeast)
but`all`the`scale`composition`%`figures`are`changed.
Heavier`bone,'more`muscle,`more`water,`less`fat.
I`have`no`idea`why...`hope`its`for`real.
My`digestion`has`changed`digesting`fats`better
(as``in`not`the`floaties)..
I`believe`that`is`caused`by`taking`sesame`oil.
Previously`it`only`changed`if`I`ate`pork`chops`2`days`running.
Perhaps`the`oil`is`aiding`general`digestion?`which`means`less`of`my`system
going`to`bones`/muscle`trying`get`"stuff"`there.
Just`wild`guessing`on`my`part.
Harriet..Some`food`can`be`tolerated`better`at`one`time`of`day``than`
other`times.`I`used`think`I`could`eat`yoghurt`for`a`short`while,`but`continuing`it`
caused`problems.`ATM...think`I'll`try`alternate`days.`I`had`some`on`trial`last`night
with`brewers`yeast.`Wondering`if`the`combo`will`be`ok`on`longer`term.
I`do`not`tolerate`yeast`with`cereal`grains.
Being`in`a`pawpaw`growing`state`I`love`to`eat`a`serve`fresh`with`breakfast`
if`I`can:)`I`need`avoid`skin`chemicals.
When`I`was`writing`diet`in`book`at`night`it`was`easy`for`same`old`same`old...
but`sometimes`would`remember`a`day`later`if`I`did`something`different.
trying`it`as`I`go`atm...`it`takes`pressure`off`my`bedtime`prep.
trying`to`vary`between`different`foods`some`days...Writing`it`helps`me`keep`track.
atm...I'm`just`writing`food`list`in`an`exercise`book.
`Med`time`in`margin`with`the`date.
Add`symptoms`/colour`"exception`eating"`as`needed`to`try`find`things`more`easilly.
OKay-`changing`is`a`work`in`progress.You`are`doing`great.
How`you`do`it`doesn't`have`to`be`perfect...`Just`keep`heading`in`the`right`direction
I`m`heading`otd`to`farmers`market.`Food`is`definately`fresher`there.`
It`keeps`longer`without`endlest`trips`around`the`country`to`sit`in`warehouses
all`in`the`name`of`"distribution.
