Harriet, are you doing the Atkins strictly for weight loss? I think it is so different that I would not be able to manage it. I need something mentally easier. As for the AR, I believe caffeine has crept up as I've been trying to stay warm...working on that. Also, there is such a little list of things that do aggravate it... for instance, I have this big vat of chilli, and the tomatoes in it aren't agreeing. I need to give up tomatoes except for raw ones I guess. And all juices and sodas and tea and coffee and rich foods and pnut butter and wheats and oats, most fruits, sweets, ....see the problem? I might be able to live on vegetables and lean meat and if I did that I'd also be thin again...sigh...

I see a lot of similarities to all of our struggles. Good luck to us all.
