We have been looking at fiber content on labels and on line for fruit.
Raisin bran is the best we have in the house even better than oatmeal.
Strawberries are the best I've looked at so far.

strawberries were gone first of all the fruits and veggies on tray at shower. They are everyone's favorite.

Fasted today for bloodwork,
Lunch - chicken with baked beans, 1 cup pepsi
snack of protein smoothie with flaxseed oil and soymilk
supper of crisp veggie tray, (cauliflower, broccoli, squash) plus flax/pumpkinseed cereal with 2 percent milk
dessert - licorice (Australian, real extract)

impressions of the day - enough veggies just barely, didn't drink enough water, too much sugar, enough protein

This week we have not been eating much lunch after over doing it on the meat dept. camping.
This past month I've been cutting back on my thyroid meds. in hopes it would help with wt. loss, only taking it eod not noticing much difference at all with any thing not a big diff. in wt. either. I upped my exercise by double also. Ack! It's just a huge challenge at my age gr-r!
