Hello ladies,

it's the last day of July. How did you do this month.

Lost a little lonely pound this month. Lots of stress which tends to slow down my weight loss. :(

Also am still trying adding soy, which may influence the weight loss too.

How are all of you doing?

Sadie - hey, a pound is a pound! It's the trend that counts. I think you're right everyone is interested in how we're doing, especially with several trying new healthy habits. So I'm going to go ahead and post the August thread. So no one misses yours, why don't you repost this there.
