I'm posting on the last day of the month--or just a day early for October. Anyway, I printed off a workout thing that I will use for either the stationary bike or the elliptical. It's a type of interval training: 5 mins warm-up, then 3 min at "perceived effort" of 7 (on a scale of 1-10), 1 min at "5", 3 mins at "7.5", another min at "5", 3 mins at "8", another 1 min, then 3 mins at "8.5" then a cool down for 5 mins. It was hard and I was a sweaty mess afterward, but since I did it on the elliptical, I'm not sore, but I bet I sleep well tonight.
Now to keep up the work. I will alternate it with floor exercises--like pushups,lunges, etc.
