Harriet - my HDL is 2.4 - "highest pdoc had seen" . I put it down to seeds - chia, buckwheet, quinoa daily. Though I have not sought to check that out. It was that reading mid 2009 and 2012. Now you have me wondering just when I started seed cereals breakfasts.. I'n not sure pathologist thought that high was a good thing as he was calling it high, but its meant to somewhat cancel out my 5.5 cholesterol
