Did stretches, walked 30 min., did stretches again. :D

I walked with the baby a med. walk, did some chores vacuuming counting that for part of my ex. today.

Did laundry and puttering for exercise, ate 5 fruits/veggies, and only had a small handful of yogurt-covered raisins for a treat. My weight went up and this a.m. the scales said 182.4 Lbs. :roll: I ate well yesterday and exercises yesterday, ate well today, was active, but didn't do timed exercise, such as a walk.

Walked the hill today and got my hear rate up today that was great to do in the cool of the morning. Still need to get on the ex. bike, have been going up and down the stairs doing laundry sewing etc. today as well.

After starting us off on the first, doing 8500 steps on the second, and ending up back in the hospital on the fourth, I'm back trying to improve fitness.

Weight has settled at 167. It was 177 before and over two weeks after the first hospital stay. I gained 7 over a few days in the weeks before getting sick and was stuck there. My period (which had come with that weight gain) came again on July 1st and I loss 4 pounds instantly. So was 173 then. Was 175 on the 9th and then dropped to 165 by the 15th. Gained 2 and have stayed there ever since.

I've been sedentary since getting home on the 15th. Actually probably worse than sedentary. I seldom crack 3.5K steps a day. Knees are starting to act up so I've done their physio twice and today I'm about to start getting back into doing things since the doc seems to think I'll be fine and I've passed that last stone.

So I biked for a bit this morning (just down to the school and around the parking lot and then back home.) It is hard to bike in a really low gear but that's what the PT says to do (it means I can't bike anywhere with dh because I'm going to slow.)

Now I'm on the treadmill for a mile or so. Once I post this, I'll do another round of knee phsyio, this time without ice since my packs are still the bedroom floor from last night! I'm going to try to bike and stretch at least 2x a day for a bit until my knees stop giving me warning signs.

btw: I can't touch my toes again. It will be interesting to see how fast that comes back once I'm doing the physio faithfully. I think it was 5 days last time.
