Time to hit the ex. Mach. Again.
Ex. Bike x
Called about meds. The hospital some how has not gotten my doc. (Who works for the hospital) Is not on the program. So they found the prob. One nurse praticioner is having tbe same trouble. Sigh

Some good news however...Got the issue resolved with one of my other Rx's for my throid med.

Moved my doc. Apt. Up 2 weeks so I can get meds. From him if they do not have that resolved by then.

15th day was the intermediate video again.
16th was the stretch and then the second half of the same video to finish.
17th, today, dd15 did the intermediate with me. (yay)

Glad you got your thyroid med straightened out, Nancy. Hope the other gets straightened out, too.

Ivy sent by email some of her Healthy Habits thoughts.

"DH and I were watching an Alaska wilderness type show a few weeks ago, about a man living off grid without electricity. He had asthma, so he took up the harmonica and his asthma improved! Eventually, I plan to get a harmonica, for the same reason, loving music and studying piano for 11 years, I believe I'll love it.

Also, the winter weather, I find, especially after using anti-bacterial hand cleansers, can cause the hands to dry out more. I find if I pat my hands dry, rather than rub with a towel, it's healthier for the skin. Then, a good hand lotion, after drying hands, is good and healing, too. We can't forget our hands during this cold weather and warmer homes.

Also, keeping hydrated is important in the cold. Fun ways of doing it, while warming up the soul, are hot chocolate, too, or herbal healing teas.

I walked 30 minutes today, dusted 2 bay window blinds, and did about 3 lol. I enjoy doing housework and lol for activity, too. It all counts toward Weight Watchers Activity Points, too."

Ivy sent a poem she ran across again. She had written this after she had lost 90 pounds.

FIT OVER 50!

Fit over 50
is very nifty!
The scales used to say
an over 275 Lb. weigh!
I know I couldn't just talk.
So I did walk and walk and walk!
I no longer have a frown!
I am 90 Lbs. down!
Smaller sizes show
I only have about 15 Lbs. to go.
No more "obese"cloud!
You bet, I'm proud
and my numbers show health!
This is Living wealth
Clothes are comfy and fit.
I no longer sit-sit-sit.
I have a great big smile
because I can walk more than a mile.
To my old body, I said "Good-bye!"
And to the new one, I say "HI!
Each journey begins with just one step
and you get faster along with more pep!
