Congratulations Twins on the new jeans size! I can do 15-20 knee pushups, but I don't usually do reps of them. I have shoulder and wrist issues, so am taking it slow with reps. I should have done my interval exercise last night, but I'll do it today.

Realized I hadn't been to "confession" all month ;)

Jan. 2 -- 156.5 -- exercised 18 days
Feb. 1 -- 156 -- exercised 7 days
Mar. 1 -- 155 - exercised 14 days
Apr. 1 -- 155 --exercised 10 days
May 1 -- 153.5 -- exercised 6 days
June 1 - 155 -- exercised 10 days
July 1 -- 154 -- exercised 15 days
Aug. 1 - 155 -- exercised 9 days
Sept. 1 - 157 - exercised 8 days
Oct. 1 -- 155.5 -- exercised 9 days
Nov. 1 -- 158 --

 and that is where we stand today... yep... 158. And at 5'3"... yep... that's pretty bad.
The only thing good I can say is, I have already exercised 10 days. I really think if I could get myself back to even that 15 minutes of magic EVERY day, I would start to see a change. I know my eating habits leave a LOT to desire, but somehow, other things start to fall in place with baby steps, and even a little bit of exercise tends to lead to more exercise... and more wise choices in other areas, too, at least in my experience.
OTOH, I'm exhausted and pressed for time, and it's not going to get any better till after Christmas.
Tomorrow is another day.

Just reminding Lucylee not to sell herself short....I'm just now back down to a little less than 158 and I'm taller than you are...

Twins, a pat on the back for the weight loss and smaller size. You are doing great and staying commited to your goals. I made myself some signs that say, "What is your intention?" to make me think about my goals when the junk food is calling. My goal for December is 17% body fat. I have been below that before but for some reason the body is being resistant this time.

Twins, you are doing GREAT!!! The thing is, your weight is moving DOWN, while mine is moving UP. THAT'S the part that is so distressing here.
I guess I just really need to put a total ban on dessert. That would probably help a LOT.
But I love sweets sooo much.

My eating has been horrible most of this week. Tomorrow it is back to reality. I know my body will be shouting for all the sugar it has been having. I have been working out so that helps some but I am afraid to get on the scales. I was 150 last check on it. My goal will be to make 150 by the end of this week.
