Spent too much time at the computer this morning but my fitbit needed charging.
I worked on the dashboard trying to adjust the new dashboard into something I like. I still prefer the old one but neither give me what I'm looking for - historical monthly data. There's a lot of gaps in the displayed fitbit data. I know they have the numbers but if I don't record them for myself, they are gone after 30 days or so. I can still find my standing for December, but the November one is missing. I'll have to see if I posted it on the FB page - if not it appears to be gone forever.
The new dashboard eliminates the link to the fitbit group page but I added a hard bookmark to it on my bookmark toolbar. Shouldn't have to do that though, since it is automatic on the old dashboard view. Really, why do they take things away when they make things 'new'?
I'm still on track to average 10K per day. I had a lot of low days this month but also a number of better days. Because of school, Mondays are usually well over 10K since there is 5K to/from school plus whatever else I do with dh through the day.
This will make the fourth month I've had that average. Within my fitbit group, I've placed ~49th (can't recall, can't find the data), 41st and this month I'm currently 69th. My step count hasn't changed, it is what others are doing that affects my standing. I guess more people are regularly walking in January. I note the number of active members has gone up by 50 and I'm guessing they are all walking about what I walk or a little more.
It will be interesting to see if I move up or remain the same in February as resolutions get broken.
Today is a cigarette smoke day in the apartment so I may go to the library for part of the day.
