Today's exercise included 2 walks and mowing the back yard.

I made my 44K + step challenge. Don't think I will make my diet bet though. I am 3/4 lbs away from my goal and have one day left. Whether I make it or not I am going to stay on plan and keep on keeping on.

Will play another game after this on because it keeps me focused and I like the challenges.

So it is the last day of the month. I lost 2 pounds in May. It isn't great, but it is something and it is the right direction. I was a little lower a couple times during the month but the 2 lbs is what "stuck". I have next month's sheet set up. I need to work on logging things a bit more and exercise.

I put on #5 bc of knee probs this winter trying to get that off this summer. Walk ddog done 2x skipping cheese mid morning.
