Went to my 5am class this morning...but I didn't sleep well last night so am very tired at the moment. My workout buddy has other things to do in the morning ski am planning to go to the 6am class instead. She is attending the 5pm class tomorrow, but it's way too hot for me.
Made 7k steps today, not bad considering I met my gf for lunch and we sat and chatted for FIVE hours. We co-taught together. However we live cross town from each other so I don't get to "see" her much. We had a lot of catching up to do
