yesterday I walked the almost 3k block route. Pushed myself after all the extra slow walk practice with ddog. Yesterday we just walked to letter box, he turned around and came home. I did put him on lead for an otd yard stop last night.
While walking I did stop to talk to neighbour doberman mum. Usually she crosses the street wen she sees ddog and me. She had also lost one of her dogs recently.
My lungs and stamina need extra umpf.

Walked again with whiny friend last evening.
Did a 1 mi. walk w ddog this morning.

Went to my 5am class this morning...but I didn't sleep well last night so am very tired at the moment. My workout buddy has other things to do in the morning ski am planning to go to the 6am class instead. She is attending the 5pm class tomorrow, but it's way too hot for me.

Made 7k steps today, not bad considering I met my gf for lunch and we sat and chatted for FIVE hours. We co-taught together. However we live cross town from each other so I don't get to "see" her much. We had a lot of catching up to do :D

Back from my 1 mi, walk w ddog. Still stiff in my back not sure why but it is usually better by now.

last night I ate way to much. My d mom even ordered desert and the waiter gave us one for each... sigh I ate everything
I need some will power and keeping tabs on what I am eating
