small Pepsi
big tossed salad w/1/4 avocado

Friday Eating
6 frozen strawberries, warmed with
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips over Special K waffle
1 cup skim milk
small burger, no cheese, with slaw, small Pepsi
Weight Watchers cookie - one
pork, slaw, another Pepsi (oops)

ham wrap w/ leftover salad, banana 4.5 pts.

Thursday - January 22

Breakfast: cheerios, milk, 1/2 banana
Snack: 1/2 apple
Lunch: small chef salad with crackers, tried a new salad spray and it was good
Snack: V8
Dinner: chicken soup
Snack: fruit salad, graham crackers, milk

Friday - January 23

Breakfast: yogurt, cheerios
Snack: 1/2 orange
Lunch: small chef salad, V8
Snack: cheese, crackers
Dinner: chicken noodle soup

dry cereal (Special K Protein) w/almonds mixed in
flavored water (drinking 2nd bottle as I type)
green salad, no dressing
bar-b-que pork, baked beans, potato chips, diet coke
rice cakes
tiny bit of popcorn, 3 Musketeers bar, diet coke

Sunday, Jan. 25
Oh my... the stupidity of this day's eating...
Banana, diet coke
Bar-b-que pork, small bit of soup, crackers, 3 Musketeers bar
2 granola bars
almonds
flavored water
Triscuits
4 (other )wheat crackers w/1 slice of cheese
Oh phooey. Let's just chalk today up to temporary insanity.
Applebee's chicken quesadillas (sp?), house salad (very little Italian dressing), and...
shared maple blondie w/maple butter w/dh.
It was delicious, but I may not think so tomorrow when I introduce Mr. Maple Blondie to Mr. Bathroom Scales.

Saturday - January 24

Brunch: homemade hoagie - mmmm good
Snack: fruit salad
Dinner: Soup, crackers, cheese
Snack: fruit salad

Sunday - January 25

Breakfast: cup hot milk, cherrios
Snack: hot V8 drink
Lunch: 1/2 bagel, fruit salad
Dinner: soup and a few crackers
Snack: peach yogurt with a few pieces of peach

Starting last Thursday we went to even simplier foods for dh. So this week will be soup and sandwiches. Soup will be the old stand by with flavor but not spice.

Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli

helia mentioned in Health and Fitness placing a cravings-reducing drink like SlimFast ahead of the time of day you think you might have the most cravings. I would say my cravings are afternoon/evening, so maybe I should switch.

I've never really said what's in my tossed salads. I usually use bagged veggie-heavy salads that are going to have variety. I never pour dressing on, but do often add in a deli slaw.

Wednesday Eating

turkey & fixin's, small portion but did have dressing
stopped with one choc chip cookie but ate extra choc chips!

Smart Ones cookie dough sundae

I don't think I can even remember Tues/Wed/Thurs...
