I have done several rounds of yard work for my exercise today some digging and some mowing. Clean-up in the back and putting way chick stuff this morning while it was cool a great idea. Got cord wound up and hung it in the shop yea for progress.

I walked with the dog this evening.

Your exercise plan sounds great, helia. I've really enjoyed hearing about your running. Will you be able to run parts of the half-marathon course? Wish I had done that before mine. The beginning was incredibly hilly and about did me in. :o I finished though and that was very rewarding even though my time was not what I had hoped it would be. Losing weight helped my running. You will know your best weight by the way you feel when you run. Your muscles are being toned by running, but you won't be building muscle because of all the cardio you are doing with long runs. Please keep posting updates. I love hearing about your training. :)
