Harriet, I want to thank you again for the November Challenge. I started on 2nd November and today I logged my 60th day in a row of walking/running two miles or more. It is definitely a habit again! I was pleased to notice that I lost nine pounds in two months. I would like to also thank Lynlee for mentioning chia seeds. I've started having a serving of chia fresca each day like a did when I was training for races. The conversation about people on the road wearing light colored clothes was helpful too. Thanks to Kathryn for mentioning a light weight reflective vest. I bought one and wear it every morning since it is quite dark when I set out and most of my running gear is black.
