Got up b's was way up, did 30 min. On ex bike in the morning, then noonish walked dog, just before three raked leaves, did not get them bagged up however.

It’s an internet site called diet bet. My first game was back in 2014.

The idea is you bet against yourself that you can loos 4% of your starting weight in on month. For me that’s 5.4 lbs. You pay to join a game... either $25, $35 or $100 along with other players. And if you win the pot is split between all the winners. This game I’m playing cost me $35 to enter and the pot around $7,000.

The games are sponsored by famous people or individuals who have lost lots of weight. You can enter 3 games at a time during on month and is you loose more than 12% of your weight during a game you are disqualified.

So far I have won $375. I can cash out my winnings or roll it over to play another game.

I need to loose 5lbs by Dec 7th to win.

Runkitty... they also have a new game called “Stepbet”. It works the same way. You might want to look into it. With your record you could probably win enough money to buy yourself a pair of new running shoes :D

I am playing a game within a game... need to exercise 30 minutes M-F. I was able to do my glider yesterday 10 min 3 times during the day. There’s a drawing for rewards cards for all that do the challenge

My two migraines last week set me back a bit, but am back on track again. Lost the 2.8lbs I gained so I’m back to even. Eating out for Thanksgiving but already have planned my dinner... steak, salad, veggies and no dessert except a cup of decaf coffee.

I stayed on plan and got my exercise in yesterday.

Hit my first personal goal and lost .3 lbs yesterday. Need to loss 4lbs by Dec 7th to win my diet bet. I have 3 more personal goals to reach my goal weight by Jan 18th. It will become more difficult as I drop the weight. First challenge will be tomorrow when I smell fresh baked bread.

I swept the leaves off the drive way, and raked leaves and got them bagged up before it rained yea me.

Stayed focused and on plan. Viewed the restaurant’s menu before we went so I knew ahead of time what I wanted to order. My reward: I lost another pound.

Need to loose a little over 4 lbs in the next two weeks to win my diet bet. Seems doable to me.

I am warming up after sweepi g the drive way.
I will be raking more leaves in the front yard in a bit. We had winds and rain last night.
Did it still having tummy probs. Might need allergy tests.

Stayed forcused and on plan both yesterday and today

Friday I got in 10,286 steps and 3.5 miles on my gazelle.

Today I walked 12,488 steps and put 2.2 miles on my gazelle.

No change in weight, but know it will come .. just need to lose 4.4 lbs in 12 more days. Pretty sure my meds are interfering with my weight but I’m determined to keep on keeping on even if my diet bet goes south.

Plan to enter another game on Monday.. staying positive and focused. Can’t win if you don’t play. :D
