had to be diligent with exercise.

Taking note of Twins comments and Nancy consistency with exercise.


I put this exercise theory to a test. I tested after I ate vegetables for dinner and my BSugar was 21 points above the high side of normal. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and then tested BSugar again. It had dropped 25 points into the normal range. This is only the 2nd time I have tested in the normal range since last Saturday.

Exercise
Sleep
Macros
Intermittent Fasting
Stress
All have a huge effect on insulin & Blood Sugar.
1. Know what you want.
2. Go after it relentlessly.
