Right now my goal is to stay healthy and not be in pain.

I’m eating some sugar free apple sauces, 1/3c, in the morning along with a bowl of oat meal. The apple sauce is what I am putting my probiotics in. Lunch has been milkfat cottAge cheese and dinner is some sort of veggie soup with some chicken and a piece of toast. My afternoon snack has turned out to be a large spoon of peanut butter on a spoon. Plus I’m back to drinking 64-80 ozs of water.

My side still hurts but I only take Tylenol when the pain starts to get uncomfortable. Someone on one of my groups recommended something for intestinal cramps, it’s natural and also works for menstrual cramps. That how I would describe my side pain which is really a spastic colon. I ordered it from a mason and it should get here this coming week. Hopefully it will work because I don’t want to keep on taking Tylenol because it’s not good for your liver if you take it all the time.

I had a really tough time last weekend and it took me till Wednesday to start feeling normal. Don’t want to repeat that again.

I am finally feeling better, but it goes from day to day. I’ve lost weight though I don’t know how much because I haven gotten on the scale. However my clothes are fitting differently.

Yesterday I was able to do 2.5 miles on my glider and 3.2 today. I love that thing and well worth the money. It cost me around $350 and I’ve been using it for 15 years. It tells me the miles I have on it but I always reset it when I start. Must have 5k+ on it by now...that means I e walked across the US at least twice :D

A lot of hoeing and weed-pulling ended a rather sweaty day in general. Bounded out of bed for a trash rush and then a lot of shifting and toting of groceries in the heat and several other outdoor chores. As I hoe-d along, Octavia the chicken felt a kinship with my digging in the dirt and followed, helping with the trim work in some spots I'd gotten past. I gave her a cracked tomato for her trouble.

I cannot say I have eaten as well today as I have prepared to eat. I'm glad we are stocked up on brown rices, various beans and peas. But the rush of the morning found me doing without breakfast except for a banana. Not good. The allergy that bothered me yesterday seemed to turn into a headache by the time we returned from trip for groceries and I have the feeling a more normal-for-me, hefty breakfast would have kept that at bay better.

For one thing, in the morning I want a big salad. Maybe I will put the green peas into it.

Watermelon from next door farm of dcousin has been the tastiest thing ever, and so good for us. He's a thoughtful one.
