MON. I walked the dog & put in two stakes, dug couple of holes. & vacuumed for my exercise so far today. TUES. I walked around the pirimater of w store and walked the dog.

I had to really focus on myself yesterday with lots of positive comments to myself to make sure I got my water and exercise in. These next four pounds have been my stumbling block for a long time. I truly think this is my set point for my weight. I am ready to break through the wall and expect it to be a challenge, but... I’m gonna stay focused on my plan and only worry about one day at a time.
I know from past experience this will get me past this hurdle. Not gonna worry about tomorrow, just focus on today.

Down some today..I’ll take it. Still not through my danger zone, but just gonna stay focused and keep my eye on the goal. One day at a time, that’s all I think about and will worry about tomorrow, tomorrow
Stayed on eating plan, although I had a headache, took meds, had a terrible stomach clad up so ate some rice Gazelle 3 miles Water 80 oz
