Mon. I walked the dog. The seather was lovely calm and sunny, I also did some chores like vacuuming, and I did 30 min. on the stat bike.
Tues. Counting shopping for some of my steps today, I did 25 min. On stat bike, and gardened for aoox. 30 min.
walked the dog around the block with dgd.
Wed. Walked the dog. I did 25 min. On the stat bike. Took vits.
Th. Did some on stat bike.
Fri. Walked & mowed & gardened.
Sat. Walked yard work.
Sun. Walked & yard work.

Thank you so much, Harmony, for posting this. Yes, I've read it and passed along the information to others here.

I have been able to follow most of these points, except having the energy to walk as much as they say. I have not had to just lay in bed, but did get up and dressed, except for one day. Even then I did my best to move around some. My appetite has not changed much, only the sense of smell and taste. So the food tastes very bland. I have been eating normal meals, just maybe not as much proportionwise; but I think i'm getting enough protein. Dson is big on using gatorade to keep up on electrolytes, etc., so I have been drinking that and more water than usual. I've also continued taking my one-a-day vitamins, etc.

WTG every one !
Mon. I walked.
Tues. Medium walk with ddog. Stairs doi ng laundry counbt also. Did some in the garden watering & such.
Wed. I walked the dog & stat bike.
Thurs. Same as Th. plus some shopping. Paid off dr. Was happy with my #'s.
Fri. Gardening yd work & short walk.
Sat. Walk & more yd. Work.
