OK This will be my post for May. Hope the colors help you with the columns. The Cardio are 30 minute power walks using weights and arm exercises. Approx. 1 mile. The Strength Building are 6 exercises to strengthen arms and legs. The Belly Busting are 6 floor exercises to strengthen the core muscles. I Weigh In once a week on Thursday I hope to catch up with the calories I ate while the modem was down. I logged every bite that went into my mouth but haven't had time to get to the website to total the calories. (On the 6th - it was too hot to eat and I was really busy packing up the RV.)

Date.. Calories. . . . Cardio. . . . Strength Building. . . .Belly Busting. . . .Weigh In

8 .... Unknown .... 60 min Walk *
* Did about a 20 minute power walk up and down the hills. Then got my grabbers and a garbage bag and filled the bag with trash on the same walk. YUCK! Some people are slobs!

. . . . . 977 .... 30 min Walk
Saved up my calories as I knew we were going out for dinner - then ate a sensible meal. Also don't eat much when we travel so tomorrow will probably be low, too.

10
.... 1191 ....Day of Rest
11 Yucky, rainy day - tired from traveling - sat in RV - watched TV, read and ate. Gonna start again tomorrow!!

Totally off program. Still having healthy snacks, i.e. apples and cheese or yogurt. But meals have been sporadic and exercise non-existent. Don't think it will be any better until we settle down in one place again. Just too hectic while traveling.

I guess I'd better weigh in here (pun intended!) My weight scared me at the beginning of the month but since it came back down so quickly, I'm assuming most of it was caused by sodium (I had been eating a lot of cheezies and had pizza the night before my really bad weigh-in) and tail end of my period (which always causes a 2-3 pound weight gain.) I've been between 163 - 167 for the past several months so seeing 170 really scared me.

Not as neat a table as Emptynester's but mostly readable. I'll count WW points. To get the number of calories, multiply by 50 and add about 300.

Date.. Points. . . . Cardio. . . . .... Other exercise. . . .Weight
1 .... 27 .... 30 minute walk .... None.... .... .... 170 (salt weight?)

Kathryn - glad to see you join us. Points is good! :D

Lady M - just jump in when you can - we know your plate is full right now -- Maybe that isn't the best analogy!

Anyone else that want to join us - just come on in.
