Well I’m back at it again!

Stayed on my eating plan since Sunday. Got in 10k+ steps Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Didn’t make it yesterday due to a migraine.

It's very easy, RR. See the icons in the upper right corner of your post? Simply click on the "X" and reason is 'duplicate'. Fine'.

Stayed on my eating plan yesterday … even took a salad to the beach! Don’t know how many steps I got in because I didn’t wear my pedometer there.

Some call it cheat day… I just call it I needed a break day :D

Had two pieces of fried chicken… a leg for lunch and a thigh for dinner along with two scoops of potato salad and two cookies. Got in a two mile walk.

Back at it in the morning

I am joining you today. Will try to CI tomorrow about today's health & fitness effort.
1. Know what you want.
