I check my BS almost daily. Leaned to do that from Emptynester with her type 2 rebels FB page and it was such an eye opener to me.
I haven’t gotten on the scale since I started back. Just staying very focused on low carbs, water and exercise. Allowing myself an occasional low carb tortillas and strawberries in my protein shakes has really helped my to stay on task. My cravings have dropped dramatically. Thank goodness!
Using my clothes, especially my bras, as a gauge as my body is changing. Adding some weight work outs along with cardio is really helping.
