Isn't anyone going to join me? I feel strange out here all by myself.

Thanks for answering, Nancy. I felt like I was blowing in the wind.

Those pesky diabetic meds are not figure friendly. They not only make you hungry - but they store some weight, too. I've been fighting them (with them winning) for over 10 years now. I'm really fighting back now and it is beginning to show. My sweat pants almost fell off the other day!! :o  Yippee!! Going to have to put new elastic in the waist.

Hey Mo!!

Sure you can play - come on along!!!

Post in any format you want. I just go back and edit my post each day to update it. Otherwise there would be 31 posts per month and I'd have to do a lot of typing.

When we first started some of us were posting our menus and calories but that got to be too hard for me. So I just post if I stayed on track with meals.

Gotta get moving - time to go walk. My cardinal is chirping outside the window.

Your Buddy,
Empty

Day Of Rest - no exercising - no walking - still eat on the plan. Gives me something to work toward as a reward and time for renewal to get going again. Otherwise I would be tempted to stop for a day here and there and then get off the program.

Thanks for all the attagirls. It helps.

and did not see an increase in the scale yea!
So this is working
and my bs [blood sugar] levels were good today
in my target range yippie.

WTG Nancy.

I have to get back to checking my bs more often and quit relying on how I feel. Sometimes variations can start to feel "normal" if I don't document. The biggest problem I have is that I wake up hungry and thirsty and grab some OJ before I remember I'm supposed to test.

I will make it a priority and start to log it when I get back to the RV on Monday. Should check my BP, too. We have the machine so will add that to my list.
